At the moment we are only accepting debit and credit payments. These are for all major cards both UK and international.

Unfortunately, other payment methods such as PayPal are not available.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a personalised order confirmation. You will be in direct contact with our Founder, receiving follow up information about your order. So if you have any queires or what to make last minute adjustments to your order please do respond to the emails sent to you.

Your order would be processed before shipping. Processing may take up to 5 working business days. 

Please note that it is not possible to make any adjustments to your order once it has passed the processing stage.

AdeAfrica currently only ships to parts of the UK and EU. Any non EU/ international orders made will be cancelled and refunded.

Once your order has been processed, your items will be shipped.

Shipping can take between 5-7 business days.

Free delivery is available on UK orders over £60 unless stated otherwise in a promotional deal

All shipping is tracked and you will be notified of your tracking number when it has been issued out. 

If you are unsatisfied with your product we are happy to accept returns on any unworn garments.

Please do contact us first via email for us to assess the products issued. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. After the 14 days, a partial refund may be offered but this is not guaranteed.

Any item accepted for a refund should be sent in its initial packaging. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, jewellery and any intimate accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
